Welcome to We Will Design 2027 at BASE Milano, a 12,000-square-metre cultural centre and one of the key destinations of Milan Design Week.

Dedicated to emerging designers, experimental practices and new perspectives on design, We Will Design creates space for research, experimentation and independent practices. Daydreaming is the curatorial theme of the 2027 edition.

WHAT YOU GET

If selected, you will have the opportunity to present your project at BASE Milano during Milan Design Week, as part of We Will Design 2027. Over 90,000 people visited BASE throughout Design Week last year.

HOW THE SELECTION WORKS

Applications close on 18 December 2026.

Your application will be reviewed by BASE Milano’s Creative and Operations teams, together with the We Will Design team and potential institutional partners.

We will let you know whether your application has been successful by the end of January 2027 at the latest.

Costs and space budget *

Rough costs for the exhibition (max 10 days including set-up and dismantling). Costs and surface areas should be considered approximate, for the whole week, and are defined in comparison with previous editions.
